These terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of any products ("Products") from Frii Designs ApS, 44181258, with a principle place of business at Prøvestensbroen 9, and legal address at Strandlodsvej 9D, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark, or any of their respective subsidiaries ("Frii Designs" or "we") unless where there is a separate executed written agreement with customer ("Customer" or "you") that specifically supersedes the Terms.

1. Orders

Customers that want to purchase Products may do so by clicking on the "order now" (or similar) button on the Frii Designs website and follow the instructions. Once an order is placed Frii Designs will confirm it by sending an order confirmation ("Order Confirmation") to Customer's email address. Frii Designs is not bound to sell any Product until an Order Confirmation has issued and payment has been processed. The Order Confirmation will contain information regarding the ordered quantity, their price, and the estimated shipment date.

Our acceptance of your order is expressly conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We do not accept any changes to or rejections of the Terms that you communicate to us in any form, any attempts to change or reject the Terms will be null and of no effect.

2. Cancellation/changes of orders

If you would like to change the details on your order you need to act quickly. The safest way to change your address is by contacting us thru our email, info@friidesigns.com and mark the email "URGENT". Due to the time lag in email responses, we do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the parcel has been dispatched. Simply sending us an email does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request in time.

3. Description of the product

Frii Designs strives to provide a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Nevertheless, Frii Designs cannot guarantee a complete resemblance between the illustration material, such as pictures, videos and written descriptions, and the actual products.

4. Warranty Period

In accordance with Danish legislation, customers are entitled to a 24-month warranty period on goods purchased from our webshop. This warranty covers any defects or deficiencies that may arise during normal use of the product.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations to the product.

5. Payment

This website accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are secured and encrypted through Wordline. The store will never be in contact with your credit card information, all the information is sent encrypted to your bank.  When you place an order at our website the full order amount will be immediately withheld from your payment account unless otherwise specified.

6. VAT

If you are a customer located within the EU, local VAT will be included in your order. I.e. orders to Germany will include 19% German VAT.

If you are located outside of the EU, no VAT will be included in your order.

7. Currencies

Customers within the EU will pay in EUR, British in GBP, Japanese in JPY and the rest of the world will pay in USD.

8. Import taxes

All orders within the EU, USA and Australia are guaranteed to be free of import taxes. Depending on the import threshold of your country, your order may or may not be subject for import charges upon delivery. Frii Designs ships worldwide and we have listed the import thresholds for the most common countries on our shipping page. If your order exceeds the import threshold value, the shipping company will most likely charge you for import taxes. The customer is responsible for any other taxes applicable to the purchase, including import taxes and fees in the country where Customer asks Frii Designs to ship the Products.

9. Delivery time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours if the products are in stock. If the products are out of stock the order will ship within 48 hours of resupply. All orders have the option to either be shipped with Deutsche post or DHL Express and both options are traceable throughout the journey. Orders shipped with Deutsche post will be handled and traceable with your local postal service once they enter your country. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email containing your tracking information.

10. Shipping costs

Frii Designs offers free standard shipping worldwide on all orders with a value over $90/ €90/ £75/ ¥12 000. Standard shipping costs for order below this amount is $9.99/ €9.99/ £7.99/ ¥1 400 and express shipping costs are $19.99/ €19.99/ £14.99/ ¥2 800.

12. Governing law

Contracts for the purchase of products through this website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. The relevant courts of Denmark shall have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from contract between Customer and Frii Designs and these conditions of sale.

13. Intellectual property

Frii Designs has the exclusive and worldwide right to all intellectual property rights related to the products included in the purchase, whether patent-able or not and whether registered or not. This includes but is not limited to the construction, methods, concepts, design, source code, software logs, interface design and trademarks.

14. Limit of liability

Frii Designs is not liable for damage to cameras, lenses, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using our products. Frii Designs is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products. Liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product.

15. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

General Policies And Guidelines

  • Customers may return items for a full refund of the product cost if they are dissatisfied. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the item must be in a good condition.
    **Good condition refers original packaging with ALL accessories included.
  • Frii Designs does not accept damaged parts of the items due to misuse, and items that have been modified.
    **Frii Designs accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products. The warranty period for all types of products are two years. The warranty period is effective unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

  • In the unlikely event of a faulty product Frii Designs will pay for shipping back to our warehouse for an evaluation. If the product is not faulty Frii Designs has the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
  • If Frii Designs cannot provide the replacement parts or item, the customer must return the product (in full) before they are eligible to receive a refund.
  • This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product and may not be transferred to any subsequent owners unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Frii Designs.
  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from [Your Company Name] or through authorized resellers as designated by Frii Designs. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms, including but not limited to online marketplaces, may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
